The urge to have a chicken ceaser salad hit me, but I was thwarted by my local grocery store. I had to improvise a bit, so I made a hot bacon dressing to accompany this amazingly tasty salad.
Fry bacon, save your grease if your going to make bacon dressing. Broil the chicken, seasoned with olive oil and italian seasoning. Shred chicken, crumble bacon, add red onion and enjoy.
