Pork roast


Normally, I am pretty good about getting a picture before my food is all gone, but this was one of the most amazing meals and it did not survive that long. I took a pork roast, lined the bottom of the pan with potatoes and carrots, added a little bit of white wine and added the meat. I found that if the meat sits on the vegetables it doesn't get all icky on the bottom, so I tried it with this roast, and that worked well. The other key ingredient was a bit of fresh rosemary. The fantastic smell permeated the whole house all afternoon. If you serve this dish with fresh bread you have a very easy whole meal. The roast took between 4-5 hours on 350, but keep in mind this was a 5.5 pound roast.
