This is a very basic and easy recipe that is just complicated enough to convince guests you spent hours in the kitchen. Steam the asparagus, season lightly with butter and salt and pepper. The potatoes take about an hour in the over, I like season salt and pepper and a little olive oil. For salad you can use whatever fresh produce you prefer, I like a basic salad, lettuce and cucumbers. I did add bacon bits here. The chicken was fairly easy as well, dice to bite sized pieces, take bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese in a plastic bag. Shake until chicken is coated well (if its not sticking right, dip chicken in egg wash) and bake 45 or so minutes checking to make sure it is fully cooked. Enjoy.
